Models will be treated with the utmost respect at all times - as we know how hard this work is for a new model. This doesn't mean that the shoots will be a boring experience, as we want the models to have fun and enjoy their time on the shoots, bringing out the best in them.

The Frequently asked Questions page does describe a general shoot, but to be more specific to newFemme, we will we go over the details here.

A solo shoot generally consists of 5 stills sets and 2 fifteen minute video clips. We start work around 10am when the model arrives at our location ready for the shoot. Models will be advised in advance where the location is, as this often changes so we get a variety of different scenes for the shoots, when working with different models. She will also be advised what clothes/outfits to bring along and a few other important details.

The shoot starts of with the model getting a makeover from our resident Makeup Artist. We don't go over the top with makeup as we like our models to look as natural and fresh as possible. This fits in with the newFemme genre - natural every day women. . .

Whilst the model is getting her makeup/hair done, her ID is checked and a copy taken for our legal records.

We then go over the sets we plan to shoot, and check out the outfits the model has brought along. We also have a large selection of clothes and underwear which can be mixed with the models own to create that great look.

Each of the 5 sets and videos are shot in a different scene at the location, so the idea is that we shoot one set, then as the model goes to get changed and ready into her next outfit, the photographer is busy moving the lighting ready for the following set. We are pretty well organised at this, so plan our sets so we make the moves as easy as possible.

Different sets have different ideas, but the general basis of a stills set is that the model starts off clothed and gradually removes her clothes until she is fully nude. Some sets are based on a tease style so various tease shots are done along the way where the member is teasing the camera, and others are done as a more intimate (fly on the wall) type arrangement, generally a masturbation type scene. The minimum level required is US magazine, as already discussed, so this means that some of the shots in the set will involve spreading girlie bits and using fingers in a masturbation style. Higher level shoots such as 'Continental Magazine' level may involve the use of toys (vibrator/dildo), some sets using these as a tease and again others for a more intimate style shoot.

The video clips consist of one clip where the model is chatting to the camera, sharing some of her thoughts and her personality, and doing a strip as part of the video, where she ends up either flirting to the camera or masturbating for a more intimate scene. The second video is similar but without so much chat.

Scenes at an indoor location include places like: a bedroom, a staircase, a bathroom, in the bath with bubbles maybe, possibly a shower, in the kitchen, on the couch, maybe on an outside porch, or balcony. We also sometimes use outdoor locations where we have been known to use places such as: streams, rivers, lakes, beaches, farmers fields, barns, small country villages, in the car even! For outdoor locations we always choose places which won't be overlooked. Occasionally, if a model is happy we do shoots in public places, where the shots are mainly up-skirt shots when no one is looking - usually quite discrete - quite a lot of fun actually!

In addition to the sets mentioned above, there will be a lot of behind-the-scenes pictures taken during the shoot, generally in the gaps between the sets, and sometimes during the sets also, in between the regular shots. Some of the good behind-the-scenes pictures will be packaged up and used in our regular behind-the-scenes features on the website. This allows our members to see a little of how a shoot is put together and see a little into the personality of the models, and gives the models an opportunity to have a bit of fun with the camera too!

After the shoot, the model will be asked to write down a few notes which will be included on the website, telling us a little about how she found the shoot, whether it was exciting, fun, whether she was nervous to begin with, and whether she learned anything about herself as a result of the experience - general scribbles like this, or anything else she want's to tell us - which can be used on her model page of the website. She will also be asked to fill out and sign a model release form in order that we have her permission to use the shoot content on our website, and 2257 ID documentation (a US requirement as the site is hosted on servers in the United States). She will then be paid in cash the agreed amount before she leaves for home.

For models completing a solo shoot, we would also be willing to offer additional hardcore future G-G work, if she is interested, and also the possibility of repeat future solo work if she is interested in this too. She will also be given free access to the website and encouraged to use the forum. Regular use of the forum will entitle a model to be entered into our monthly prize draw where cool prizes such as iPods, shopping vouchers, bottles of booze and many other items can be won.

A general shoot would finish about 4-5pm, but the rule is, that we work until the agreed sets are concluded. This way we can make the promise that all similar shoots are paid at the same rate, regardless of a model's experience - it just takes a little longer generally for a beginner. We will provide a light lunch and loads of refreshments during the day - you will generally be looked after!

Occasionally the plan ,may be for a longer shoot. If required then you will be offered comfortable overnight accomodation.
