Adult Glamour Photography

At PJA Media we have been shooting models for several adult websites for quite a while now, and we will continue to do so, but have now reached the stage where we wish to pursue one of our original goals, the creation of our very own website which will be known as newFemme.com

We have carried out a few shoots already for newFemme.com, but as ever have an on-going need for new models in order that we can produce even more content in readiness for the website's launch in 2008. This requirement for new models will continue beyond the launch into the future, and our requirement for even more models will likely increase as we scale up our operation. Our favourite models may be offered repeat work also.

newFemme.com will feature beautiful every-day, natural young women having fun getting very naughty in front of the camera. The emphasis will be on choosing models who really enjoy their work, ones who get a kick out of showing off/teasing and being playful, so we can see their real personality coming through in the images and video we shoot. We basically want to show that our models are normal every day girls, who feel empowered to express themselves sexually.

The ethos of the newFemme website is quality, consistency, fun, respect, and community above all else. As far as our customers are concerned - an honest website, with no nasty banner ads, scams, popups, or other people's feeds. Instead, they will be presented with real quality photo-sets and video, regularly updated in-keeping with our pre-sales promises, with an emphasis on community.

So apart from being a place where our members can see our wonderful models' image sets and videos, newFemme hopes to create a real community buzz through the use of our forums, where each model gets her own section, where she is encouraged to contribute, by responding to and chatting with the site members, and also a private models' area where models can chat with one another privately. We will instill into our members the great respect we have for our models, and will insist the same respect is given by them also, with the hope our models will build a real fan base amongst our members.

We also plan a blog, where our members can get an insight into the every day life of our photographers - some chat about shoots, a few behind the scenes images, and general banter about the business in general.

Every so often we will release a behind-the-scenes photo set, showing our members what goes on both during a shoot and in-between sets, from a fly on the wall perspective. We hope that through these, and several other features we have in the pipeline, that a real newFemme community spirit will evolve.

We understand and appreciate that one of our most important assets at newFemme, are our models. Having been involved in shooting models for several years we fully appreciate what is involved from a model's perspective and as a result offer nothing less than the greatest respect for each and every model we work with. We believe that models should feel empowered doing this work rather than pressurised, and therefore offer a safe and fresh environment to set the scene in which we can work together to create some stunning images of beauty and sexual expression. From past experience, even working with brand new models, we know that once a shoot gets going, models can have a lot of fun doing this work. We like to think that the shoots are relaxed and give models the platform they need to allow the creativity to flow.

We also offer great pay to our models in return for their hard work and commitment. We only hope that in return for our efforts that we will earn a great respect and reputation throughout the modelling community, such that potential models will be lining up to appear on newFemme.com for the foreseeable future.
