At PJA Media we store model information in a secure database system. This information may either have been provided directly to us by the model to whom the information relates, or alternatively may have been collected from one or more of the various model profile websites with which we are affiliated, or which may have been made available by the model publicly. For example, if we are looking for models we think may be suitable for upcoming projects, we may initially collect information the model has entered into a model profile website, then later on if we contact that model, the information stored may be updated to include additional contact details, or more personal information which the model has provided directly to us. We also use our database to record any correspondence with models, so we can keep track of where we are up to. Good communication is key to our business!

A very limited subset of the model information we hold in our database may occasionally be shared with one or more of our clients. This limited subset of information is only supplied to clients if they explicitly requests this as a part of their model application/approval process. The information supplied for this purpose would only ever include the models stage name, general location and personal statistics, such as: age, height, weight, dress size, vital statistics, bra size, any defects, scars, tattoos, piercings etc. Contact information would never be provided as part of this exchange without the model's prior consent.

Any personal contact information we hold will always remain strictly confidential. This information would never be shared with anyone outside of PJA Media, without the model's prior consent. An example of where this personal information would be provided to a client is one where it is contained within the legal documentation filled out and signed by the model himself/herself as part of a photo shoot. Once this information is passed to a client, it is then governed by the privacy policy of that client directly. This policy may be contained within the documentation directly - such as is often the case with a client supplied model release.

To the extent required or permitted by law, we may also collect, use and disclose personal information in connection with security-related or law enforcement investigations or in the course of cooperating with authorities or complying with legal requirements. We may also use your information as permitted by law to perform credit checks, report or collect debts owed, or protect our rights or property, our website, or its users.

We try to keep the information we collect from you as current as possible, and we take steps to maintain the security of your personal information and to prevent unauthorized access to it by those who do not have a legitimate need for it. To that end, we periodically review our security measures. We will never publicly post your e-mail address or other identifying information you have provided to us on our site without your prior consent.
